Kapitol Systems LLC ("we," "us") builds AI voice receptionist services for US home-service businesses, and operates demonstration phone lines and websites under its trade names.

Information we collect

• Demo calls: when you call one of our demonstration lines, we collect the call recording, its transcript, your phone number, and any details you choose to share on the call (such as a name or appointment preference).
• Text messages: if you verbally ask us during a call to text you information, we collect your phone number and your consent, with the call recording and timestamp retained as proof of consent.
• Websites: basic technical data needed to serve and secure our sites.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the demo, send the text messages you request, respond to your inquiries, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers acting on our behalf (such as our telecommunications platforms) process messages solely to deliver them.
